How often will these calls come in?
You can normally expect to receive anywhere from 4 to 20 calls per campaign depending on the package type purchased and on how we direct the calls based on service type and region. Some service types will receive more calls than others.
Can you guarantee that I’ll get calls?
This is a definite YES! We believe that, based on current call volumes, we can get you calls for roofing and hvac work. We can also get you calls for general contracting as well. We can deliver more calls for some types of work than for others, but you are guaranteed delivery. PLUS we only bill you for calls received anyway, so you won’t be throwing money away. The only thing we can’t guarantee is how quickly you will get them, but calls usually start coming in 7 to 10 days or less (allowing setup time on our end).
Can I get calls the same day that I sign up?
Yes, in some cases, but not always. We can send calls your way (the same day) if conditions allow us to just redirect/forward an existing campaign to your number, but we do ask you to give us a few days, in any case, to setup your campaign properly
What do you mean by “per campaign”? Are you just going to run ads and hope someone makes a call?
In reality it’s not really a campaign, it’s more like allowing you to fund a retainer that allows you to take a turn in our call system. We run ads 24/7 and get calls at all times of the day, but mostly within business hours. When we get these calls we need to send them somewhere. If we don’t, then the calls just ring with no one to answer. That’s where you come in. Our call-tracking system will send/forward the calls to you to get answered by a professional on your staff to make an appointment and get their info for follow-up with the customer. It’s a win-win!
What should I do when I answer the phone?
We’ll let you know that the call is being forwarded via our service and once you answer, just find out what the caller needs and then make an appointment to take care of their needs. The key is to just make an appointment! Can you do that? That’s how our other successful contractors do it. And that’s how you’ll do it.
Am I going to be charged for every call?
No, we don’t charge for wrong numbers, hang-ups, telemarketer calls, etc. To be fair, we do charge for answered calls and those that go past 30 seconds, which usually means that the call is worth your while. If you feel that any specific call was not valid, just contact us and we’ll work it out.
Is this a scam?
No. We understand how you feel. You’ve been nickel and dimed and mislead by other companies and you’re a little weary of anyone offering leads. AND that’s why we don’t sell leads. We send you live calls from real people in your area with real home repair, service related and home improvement issues. These are people who will find your business through our efforts. AND best of all you will only pay for quality calls. No wrong numbers, no telemarketers, no nonsense!
Are calls screened?
Yes, all calls are recorded and screened for quality and to allow us to determine what calls are valid and which ones are not. We don’t want to bill you for wrong numbers, telemarketing-calls and other invalid call activity.
What if I start getting too many calls and can’t service them all?
It won’t be the first time. If this happens, please tell us so that we can pause your program until you are ready. Just remember that all billable call rules will be in effect up until that point. But we won’t charge you for any calls after we mutually pause your account. Just also note that we can, at our discretion, send calls to other local vendors until you reactivate your campaign.
What if I don’t like the service?
Just let us know and if we can’t work it out, we’ll simply part ways and stop any further billing.
